Joining: If you are interested in participating in higher tier delve events please post your availability, jobs and gear sets.

Requirements: For melee jobs, we're looking for players who have proper PDT/MDT, weaponskill and TP gear sets. For PDT and MDT sets, players will need -35+ for PDT and -25+ for MDT. Weaponskill sets will vary by jobs and haste should be capped at 25 for TP sets. Weapons matter as well, having a delve weapon or equivalent is a must.

For mage jobs, we're looking, we're looking for plays who have proper mp refresh, healing gear, fast cast and enfeebling gear sets. Enfeebling gear will be mainly for SCHs and RDMs. The rest fall under all mages.

For Current LS Members:If you need help with gearing your jobs feel free to ask the sackholders for help. This doesn't mean we will do everything for you though. Also, try working with other LS members.

Delve Progression are events that include gem farming NMs outside of fracture, plasm farming, and Fracture NMs. To participate in any of these events, I will be looking for the following:

Properly Gearing Your Character
Attendance
Flexibility
Respect Others
Voice Chat


Properly Gearing Your Character
The first thing I want our members to understand is that gear matters. Yes, playing your job well is important, but these go hand to hand. Delve NMs can be highly evasive, simply knowing your job wont necesarrily increase your efficiency. There is a separate thread that has links to gear sets for specific jobs on this forum. Please refer to those links before asking others in the linkshell. Keep in mind that the gear sets listed aren't absolute, with the addition of Adoulin gear, not all of those links include new equipment. They will give you an idea what you should be looking for.though. Also, I don't want to see characters with full Adoulin gear, this will show that you didn't take to time look at proper gear sets.

Attendance
Attendance is important for any linkshell that wishes to progress. Attendance will taken for each event. I will go in further depth in the LS rules.

Flexibility
The more jobs you have geared, the better. If you are asked to come as a certain job, I expect you to. That may mean you'll be stuck playing bard but I'll also ask other members to level and gear as many jobs possible. There will only be so many slots for each job. There is a limit to how many DDs can join an alliance. Complaining about not wanting to come as a certain job will quickly lead you to the bench.

Respect Others
It is important to treat others how you would like to be treated. Although the content of our LS is for a mature audience, it doesn't mean you can talk to anyone how you like. Disputes happen, it's how you handle them that is important. Just because someone calls you a certain name doesn't mean you have to do the same If you have an issue with someone, please let an officer know. Generally we want to keep this LS drama free. I can tell you that if you just a rude person, you will be asked to leave.

Voice Chat
I will request that everyone who wishes to participate in Delve Progression to have voice chat. We may use Skype, it hasn't been decided yet. I don't expect everyone to have a mic but listening will be required. I'll go in further detail in the rules section.

Links to gear sets and job specific discussion. With the new adoulin gear, not all of these sets are absolute but this will give you the general idea on what you'll need.

Gear Checks - It's important to understand that for certain events, you can't just change jobs, grab a weapon and go whack shit. Simply having a R/E/M/D isn't enough either. Higher level content requires players to properly gear their characters for the job they wish to play. I'm putting together this thread so you will have a guide to look at if they wish to understand which gear sets will work best for you.
